New to the gym? Don't worry—I've got you. The 2-Day Intensive Gym Introduction is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident using your gym. Over two personalised sessions, you'll learn how to safely use both machine-based equipment and free weights, all within your own gym environment. I'll guide you through correct technique, proper form and how to use the equipment with confidence, so you can train safely and independently. This course is perfect for beginners, anyone returning to the gym after a break, or anyone who has a gym membership but isn't sure where to start. What's Included Day 1 – Full Body (Machines) *Upper body machines *Lower body machines *Machine setup *Correct form & technique Day 2 – Full Body (Free Weights) *Upper body exercises *Lower body exercises *Free weight fundamentals *Confidence building Package Includes ✔️ 2 personalised sessions ✔️ Approximately 1 hour per session ✔️ Approximately 2 hours of coaching in total Please note: Session duration is approximate and may vary depending on your pace, confidence and learning needs, ensuring you receive the support you need throughout your gym introduction. ***Please note: This is an introductory service only. Cancellation Policy
Gym Confidence Course Policy 📌 Booking Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. 📍 Location Sessions are available at JAAD Fitness or your preferred gym, depending on the package selected. If attending JAAD Fitness, the gym address will be provided after your booking has been confirmed. If training at your chosen gym, you are responsible for ensuring external personal trainers are permitted. 🕒 Session Duration Each session is approximately 60 minutes. Session times may vary slightly depending on your pace, confidence and learning needs. 📅 Package Validity 2-Day Intensive Gym Introduction 2 sessions Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. 4-Day Gym Introduction 4 sessions Valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. 🔄 Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited. ❌ Refund Policy Please read carefully before booking. All payments made to JAAD Fitness are non-refundable. Once payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are able to commit to your chosen package before completing your booking. ❤️ Health & Safety Please inform JAAD Fitness of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or health concerns before your first session.
