Cancellation Policy

At JAAD Fitness, we are committed to creating a positive, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants. For class cancellations, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, or failure to attend, will result in the session being lost. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. To ensure a smooth and focused experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all participants arrive on time. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the session, and entry may not be permitted once the class has begun. In such cases, the booking will remain non-transferable and non-refundable. Please also be aware that photos and video content may be taken during classes for marketing and promotional purposes. This content may be used on the JAAD Fitness website and official social media platforms to support the growth and visibility of the business. By attending a JAAD Fitness class, you consent to the capture and use of such content. If you would prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please inform us prior to the start of the session, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these policies before securing your place, as JAAD Fitness cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from failure to review them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you to class.
